Q1: Who can join?
Anyone from any city or country can join our virtual workshops.
Q2: How old does my child have to be?
Any age child is welcome. We do recommend children between 2-5 years old, however children of all ages are welcome to join.
Q3: How long is the workshop?
Each workshop runs for approximately 1 Hour
Q4: What color paper should I use?
We recommend using A4 size white paper
Q5: What type of paint do I use?
You can use any type of paint. We suggest using non toxic paint.
Q6: What color paints do I use?
You can use any color paints. We recommend using your favourite color.
Frequently Asked Artwork Questions
Q1: How do I get the custom artwork made from my child’s artwork activities?
A: After the workshop has ended, you will receive email to an online form to complete.
The form will allow you to upload photos of your child’s artwork created from the workshop as well as specify artwork preferences such as colours, style and size. You can also upload a photo of the room where you intend to hang it if you wish.
Rainbow will explain in more detail after the workshop and answer any questions you may have.
Q2. How much does the custom artwork cost?
A. The graphic design process starts at $235 and includes 3 professionally designed artwork pieces,
1 FREE change request, 1 FREE 16 x 24 inch framed premium canvas print plus FREE shipping.
Q3. What if I want a different size print?
When you select your print size, you can pay the difference and order a larger size or have a custom size made for you.
Q4. Do I have to pay the full amount up front?
No, you only pay a $49 deposit upfront and pay the remainder after your designs are completed
and you are 100% happy with the final designs.
Q5. When do I pay for the custom artwork designs?
At the end of the workshop, Rainbow will send you a link where you can pay.
Q6. Can I decide later if I want to get the artwork created?
Yes, you can decide later at anytime to have custom artwork designs created of your children’s art.
Q7. What if I have more than one child, can I pay just the one fee?
Yes, many parents who have more than one child, pay one fee to have artwork from all their children combined into the one design.
Q8. How many designs does the graphic artist create?
You will receive 3 uniuqe designs to choose from.
Q9. Can I purchase all designs?
Yes you can pay extra to purchase all designs or just pay for the one.
Q10. Will the artwork my child does be changed or altered in the final designs?
No, the final designs are created by blending various elements of your child’s art into a unique and beautiful abstract artwork composition.
Everything you see in the final designs is what your child has created.
Q11. What if I have more than one child, can I pay just the one fee?
Yes, many parents who have more than one child, pay one fee to have artwork from all their children combined into the one design.
Q12. Can I select which charity my child’s artwork supports?
Yes, you can choose your favorite charity for your child’s artwork to support. If you don’t have one, that’s ok, we will select one for you.
Q13. How will I know when someone else purchases my child’s designs?
When someone purchases your child’s designs, Jellybeanstreet will call you and let you know who purchased the artwork, which charity it is supporting and the amount that was donated.
Q14. How long does it take for the designs to be created?
It will take on average 2-3 days for our graphic artists to create your designs. You will receive an email to
review them when completed.
Q15. Can I make changes if I am not happy with the colors?
Yes, our graphic artists will work with you to get the perfect design.
