Refunds and Cancellations

Thank you for choosing to create something special with us. We truly appreciate your support and are committed to making your experience amazing. Below are our friendly policies to help everything run smoothly for everyone.


Workshop Cancellations

Our workshops have limited seating and often have waitlists. To be fair to all families, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled class.

If you cancel with more than 7 days' notice, you can choose:

  • A credit added to your account for a future workshop (minus any non-refundable payment processing fees), or

  • Priority booking for an upcoming class.

Important to know:

  • Payment processing fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable, even if a full or partial credit is issued.

  • If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, your payment may be forfeited, as we may not be able to fill your spot at short notice.

  • No-shows (missing a workshop without notifying us) will result in full forfeiture of payment.

  • Workshop credits must be used within 6 months from the date they are issued.

We appreciate your understanding — every seat counts in making these workshops special!


Artwork Orders

Because all of our artwork is custom-created just for you, all artwork sales are final.
Once design work has started, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for any reason other than damage or error.

If there is a problem with your artwork, such as:

  • You received the wrong design, or

  • Your item arrived damaged in transit,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process a replacement:

  • Please send us clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item.

  • We kindly require that you return the artwork to us before a replacement can be issued.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We’ll make it right as quickly as we can!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims made after 7 days from delivery.
