Carter is a very special child to us (of course). He is very energetic and LOVES the outdoors. Carters loves to feel anything with any kind of texture and will grab and rub his hand in anything he can. We were told when I was pregnant with him, that he has down syndrome. When he was born (by c-section) not only did we as parents cried, but the Dr cried as well as he showed us a perfect healthy little boy who does not have down syndrome. He is so spunky and we couldn't be any more prouder to have him in our lives! We've had a few challenges along the way in his short little life, but he has conquered all of them! He is defiantly my little hero!
